Company History
The School of Social Work offers an opportunity to join a group of committed and successful researchers and educators. The social work doctoral faculty ranked 4th in the nation in the 2008 survey of research productivity conducted by Academic Analytics. The school includes two NIH funded centers, The Community Based Intervention Research Group (C-BIRG— http://cbirg.fiu.edu) and the Center for Research on US Latino HIV/AIDS and Drug Abuse (CRUSADA— http://crusada.fiu.edu). The School of Social Work is part of a new college that includes Social Work and Public Health, and ample opportunities exist for research partnerships in social, cultural, and behavioral health research.
